It just makes navigation even easier, and you don't have to reach for the top of the screen to search like with most other apps.īy default, Cardhop uses a dark theme for the listings and a light theme for contact details view. But Cardhop has a universal search bar located at the bottom of every single screen, so you can find who you need quickly and effortlessly. If you're overburdened with a lot of contacts, then going through them always feels like a tedious chore. With the Favorites section, you can manually add specific contacts for quick access, and Cardhop even saves the last action you took with that specific contact as a shortcut. The tab icons for the navigational menu are simple and easy to recognize. Just tap on any of the icons or details to get options on contacting them. All of their details are clearly laid out and organized, and a section at the bottom lets you add in notes with a timestamp, which is super duper helpful. Depending on how you have your contacts sorted (default is Last Name, but you can change it to First Name in Settings), the sorted name is also bold and easy-to-read.Īs you view a contact's details, there are colored icons at the top for easily reaching them by message, email, call, or FaceTime. Each contact in the list view has their own cell, which looks aesthetically pleasing with the rounded corners on each listing. If you have any other questions, please let us know.Cardhop on iOS features four main sections that you can navigate through with the tabs at the bottom: Favorites, Recents, Contacts, and Birthdays. We do appreciate your feedback on offering a different tier plan and our team will keep this in mind for the future, but I can't make any promises about changes to our currently offering at this time. If you would like to have a look at our version history from when we launched Flexibits Premium in 2020, we hope you will see and agree that we put a lot into our apps to keep them going. There's also our support that we offer our customers, like this reply. We have employee costs, server costs, equipment costs, partner costs, and we sell internationally so there are global costs from our income from other currencies, which have gone down against the dollar. The Flexibits Premium Subscription includes Fantastical, Cardhop, and our new Fantastical Scheduling program on all of your Apple devices. Thank you for contacting us! I'm happy to give you a bit more information on this. It's not like corporations out there are paying us anymore to accommodate for inflation, so where does this extra cost come from. ![]() You make great software, but it's getting too expensive for the offering.Īlso, since your reasoning is due to inflation, I need to point out that us, as customers, also feel the impact of inflation, rising costs for food, goods, services. I'd hate to leave Flexibits because of this, but that's a real possibility. Obviously I know this is a complicated decision, with lots of moving parts, and codebase, but I also feel like you're going to lose a large amount of subscribers if something isn't adjusted to make it feasible for uses who don't take advantage of your full feature-set. ![]() I think you'd get a lot of subscribers choosing a third option with the right price point. It would be nice if there was a cheaper, middle option, with a little more than the free offering, but not all the bells and whistles of the premium offerings. It's either very basic and limited, or feature-rich and vast. One possible solution I thought of There's a large gap between the feature-set of your 'free' plan, and your 'premium' plan. So can you help me understand why I should pay the price of a decent dinner for a calendar? None of the other companies listed above have increased their prices due to inflation, and most of them are using some kind of cloud hosting solution / API to function. So why should I pay $56.99 for a calendar app? I understand travel-time API costs money, as does running a business, but this increase is getting ridiculous. $56.99, by comparison, a 1password premium subscription is $18.81, Deliveries is $5.00, and Anylist is $10. Though the new pricing for premium is a bit rough. I understand the cost of technology in today's world, as I work in and with it daily. I've been a premium subscriber for some time, and regularly use 'travel time' in fantastical, as well as a few templates. ![]() Just sent a message to support, wanted to share it here for visibility.
